I like one of the products in the bounty. How can I order more? Each bounty is planned out months in advance. We hand select each product, based on the seasonality of its ingredients. We value the stewardship of natural resources, therefore we forage and harvest just enough of everything for maximum efficiency and minimum waste. If we are able to offer additional orders of one single item, we will be sure to let you know. Please send us a message using the “Contact Us” page, or email us at email@example.com.
Are all products safe for children? We aim to create products that are appropriate for use by the entire family, however there are a few exceptions. Anything with honey in it, such as our Elderberry Boost or Melita, is not recommended for children under the age of 1. When using products with essential oils, we recommend first testing a small amount on the skin. This is especially important for children, who may be more sensitive. Please consult with your doctor if you have additional questions.
Are all your products organic? We use certified organic ingredients whenever possible. Some ingredients cannot be labeled organic, however many of them are grown on local farms without the use of pesticides and commercial fertilizers. We also source from organic gardens and sustainably forage when appropriate.
What does “sustainably foraged” mean? At Bounty + Bloom we adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Nordic Food Lab:
Respect nature and always act with care.
Take only as much as you are able to use. Nothing goes to waste.
Ask for permission before foraging on private land.
Choose unpolluted places far from industrial land, roads, or fields, which are free of heavy metals, pesticides, and other toxicants.
Harvest from vibrant plants in healthy sites.
My product went bad, can I get a replacement? If your product went bad prior to the timeframe noted on the label, we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please read the product label for storage recommendations. It is always best to keep products out of the sun and store them in a cool dry place.
Can I sign up for a subscription? Yes! Sign up at anytime and automatically receive a discounted bounty every three months, with an average savings of 15%. Discount does not apply to shipping. Cancel subscription at any time.
What do you use for packaging? Beneath your products is a product called excelsior, which is finely shaven hardwood strands, from aspen trees. It is clean, hypoallergenic and 100% biodegradable.
Are those packing peanuts?? Yes! However, these are the biodegradable kind AND they are being reused from packaging we received.
How long does shipping take? We ship via the US Postal Service using priority shipping to all 50 states. Your bounty should arrive within 1-3 business days.
